How to register as an exhibitor
Exhibiting is a guided process, not a single form. You apply with your company details, our team reviews and approves you, then you choose a booth and pay. Most companies finish the application in about 20 minutes; approval takes up to 5 business days. Before you start, have these ready
- A work email and your company details — name, country, and a short description
- Your company logo (PNG, JPEG, or WebP, up to 5 MB)
- The products or services you'll showcase
- A short note on the booth you have in mind — size, layout, special requirements
- Your VAT / tax ID and a payment method for when your booth is confirmed

The steps
Start your application
Go to the apply page and create an account with your work email and company name — no account is needed to begin. If you've exhibited before, sign in and pick your existing organisation instead of creating a new one.
Your company (organisation) is reusable across editions, but approval is re-checked each year.

Complete your company profile
Fill in the application across a few short sections: your company profile (logo, description, contact, country), the products or services you'll show, and your booth concept. You can save and come back — nothing is sent until you submit.

Submit for review
When everything's ready, submit. Our team reviews your application and emails you within 5 business days. You can't edit it while it's under review.
Choose your package and booths
Once approved, pick the package that fits and the booths you want from the floor plan. We hold your booths for a few minutes while you complete the next step.
For tailored requirements, our team may send a custom quote instead — you can accept it, send a counter-proposal, or decline.

Review and pay
Check your package and booths, including PPN 11% tax, then pay through our secure checkout. Finish payment before the hold timer runs out, or the booths are released and you'll need to pick again.

Invite your team and collect passes
After payment you're confirmed. Invite teammates from your exhibitor panel — each gets an exhibitor pass with a QR code to show at the entrance. During the event you can also scan visitor leads from your booth.
