How to register as an exhibitor

Exhibiting is a guided process, not a single form. You create an account and pick your organisation, complete your application, and our team verifies and approves it — then you build your order (package and booths) and pay. The whole flow is a step-by-step wizard, so you always know where you are. Most companies finish the application in about 20 minutes. Before you start, have these ready

A work email — you'll create an account (or sign in) to begin
Your company details — name, country, website, contact phone, and a short description
Your company logo (PNG, JPEG, or WebP, up to 5 MB)
A company brochure (PDF, up to 10 MB)
The product or service categories you'll showcase
Your VAT / tax ID and a payment method for when your booth is confirmed

The steps

Create your account — or sign in
First time exhibiting? On the apply page, sign up with your work email and enter your company name and country — that creates your account and your organisation in one step and takes you straight to the application. Already have an account? Sign in instead, and you'll first choose which of your companies is exhibiting, or add a new one. From here on it's a guided wizard, so you always know which step you're on.
Your organisation is reusable across editions, but approval is re-checked each year.
Complete your application
Fill in one form: your company profile (name, country, website, contact, description), the product categories you'll showcase, your logo, and a company brochure. Your answers save as you go — nothing is sent until you submit.
Submit for verification
When everything's ready, submit. Our team verifies your application and emails you once it's been reviewed. You can't edit it while it's under review; if we need changes, it comes back to you to resubmit.
Build your order — choose your package and booths
Once approved, choose the package that fits, then pick your booths from the interactive floor plan and add any extras. We hold your booths for a few minutes while you review.
Need something bespoke, or four or more booths? Request a custom quote and our team will build one for you. International exhibitors are billed in Indonesian rupiah, converted from your USD price at checkout.
Review and pay
Check your package, booths, and extras — PPN (VAT) is already included in the prices shown. Pay through our secure checkout before the hold timer runs out, or the booths are released and you'll need to pick again.
You're confirmed — invite your team and collect passes
After payment your space is booked. From your exhibitor panel, invite teammates — each gets an exhibitor pass with a QR code to show at the entrance. During the event you can also scan visitor leads from your booth.
